2. Why Do I

Why Do I

Backslidden but not forsaken, I’m back home again . With open arms I confess I sinned. Take me away from this mess I’m in. Been living out life the hard way, a free will to choose, living it up like it’s my last day. Who’s kidding who, I’m here to say. I’ve had my share of waiting for, the wheels to turn, and my life to make a change. Why do I choose to run, Why do I choose to crawl. Why do I choose to live a life without you. Waiting on this Sunday morning for the sun to rise. For you to come back into my life, save me from the mess I’m in. I’ve I had enough of waiting for my ship to come, my luck to change. A miracle, a sign to see, the winds of change in my life are about to fade. Why do I choose to run, why do I choose to crawl. Why do I choose to live without you. Why do I choose to run, why do I choose to crawl. Why do I choose to live a life without you. I’m just fooling myself playing my own game, losing time and time again, I can’t win, I just can’t win Another sleepless night I bow my head, I found my way through another day, just another day. No matter what I say or even try to do. You carry me through the night, into another day Why do I choose to run, why do I choose to crawl. Why do I choose to live without you Why do I choose to run, why do I choose to crawl. Why do I choose to live a life without you
